These Terms of Service govern your use of hqproducts.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

HQproducts is an online retail store operated from the United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@hqproducts.co.uk.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify an error in the listing. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send a dispatch confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of checkout is the price you will pay.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay in 3). All transactions are processed securely and we do not store your payment details.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are as follows:

UK Standard: 3–7 working days — £1.99
EU Standard: 7–14 working days — £2.99
International: 7–21 working days — £4.99

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy.

To return an item, email info@hqproducts.co.uk with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.

We will cover return postage costs if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

6. Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. We cannot guarantee that all product information is entirely free from error and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and the HQproducts brand — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQproducts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
