We ship to the UK, EU, and internationally. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

UK

Standard delivery (3–7 working days) — £1.99. Every UK order ships with full tracking via the Shop app. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Europe (EU)

Standard International (7–14 working days) — £2.99.

International

Standard International (7–21 working days) — £4.99.

Returns

We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return

Email us at info@hqproducts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 working day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email info@hqproducts.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
